Going 7months pregnant
Hello po normal lang pobang nag susuka padin ako tuwing umaga kulay yellow na mapait po lagi Kong nasusuka mag 7months napo ko ang hirap po kasi kahit wla ng masuka ipipilit pdin huhu
Hay nako, hugs po! Karamihan ng preggy friends ko nag-experience din ng ganyan even towards the end ng pregnancy, pero yung yellow bitter stuff na yan ay dapat i-check ng doctor mo talaga kasi baka bile reflux or something else na kailangan tingnan, better safe than sorry when you're that far along na. Sa amin, kahit di na may lasa, ang dry heaves talaga ang worst, kaya nag-try kami ng frequent small meals, ginger tea, at maraming tubig pero slowly lang throughout the day. Siguro din check mo kung ano ang ginagawa mo before sleep or if there's anything triggering it, pero honestly the safest thing is to bring this up sa OB mo sa next visit so they can advise you properly, 7 months is already late enough to make sure everything's okay.
