Ay, PUPPP is really frustrating, mama! I haven't had it myself, but one of my mum friends had something similar around that time and the Calamine + antihistamine combo helped her manage, though she said it took a while to fully settle, important thing is to check with your OB kung paano pa ito lalaki or kung may ibang options para mas okay ka, kasi bawat pregnancy different and 28 weeks is still some time pa before delivery so they might have other suggestions para hindi ka mabigla. Wear loose cotton clothes din kasi heat makes it worse, and try not to scratch kahit gaano kasing-init haha. Fingers crossed it doesn't spread pa, but definitely update your doctor sa next checkup if it's getting worse, okay?
