Open minded (need advice)

Hi mama! Foamy or bubbly poop in breastfed babies is usually just a sign of lactose overload, like kung sobrang dami ng foremilk na natanggap nila instead of the creamier hindmilk, kaya nagiging gassy at bubbly ang output nila. A few of us tried making sure to fully empty one breast before switching to the other, or pumping a tiny bit ng foremilk muna if sobrang fullness, and it helped! But since it's been 2 days na, best talaga to check with your pedia just to make sure walang other concerns like allergy or infection, especially kung may other symptoms like too much crying or not gaining weight properly. Keep an eye on the wet diapers and overall mood niya in the meantime, mamsh. Hope it settles soon!
