More on water ka mii,then avoid salty and sweet foods,soft drinks etc. Kung may cravings ka po sa ganyan much better tikim tikim lang then inom ng madaming water.
wag po.magpipigil ng ihi, avoid salty food, no to carbonated drinks, and wash lagi ng private area and change pads every 4hours 😉
