POSTPARTUM HIVES

Aww momsh, postpartum hives are actually pretty common kasi ang body natin ay nag-aajust pa lang after delivery, hormones, stress, lahat nag-uumpisa pa lang mag-settle. One of my mum friends had something similar at nag-suggest ang OB niya ng antihistamine like cetirizine, pero honestly dapat mo talaga i-check with your doctor agad especially kung kumalat na siya kasi need nila makita kung ano exactly ang trigger (pwede rin allergy, heat rash, or reaction sa something). In the meantime, a few of us try to stay cool, wear loose cotton clothes, and avoid super hot showers para hindi mas lumala, but please message your doc or OB, sis, two weeks postpartum pa lang kayo at gusto niyo ma-rule out anything serious para matulog kayo ng mahimbing!
