Turning 2weeks period

Hello po mga moms, does anyone expernce late period like 4-5months and after that ngka period kana ulit? Im now turning 2weeks of my period. I tried PT all our negatve. Several times naman. Im kinda worried. Natural lng po ba ito? Do i need to take medicne na or any recomndation? Thank you! ?
