Hi mama! At 12 weeks, a baby's heart rate is usually around 150-180 bpm so 160 is actually well within the normal range, don't worry! But since you're asking about this, I'd suggest bringing it up with your OB just to ease your mind completely, especially if you're concerned about anything else you noticed during the ultrasound.
