Hello po mga mommies. Any tips or suggestions po para magustuhan or masanay si baby sa gatas ng ina at hindi sa formula milk? gusto ko po sana sanayin ang baby ko sa breastfeeding kesa sa formula milk eh. saka tips din po para maging normal or stable yung paglabas ng milk sa breast ko. thanks po.

Keep nursing your baby. Let your baby latch on you everytime he/she is hungry. More fluid intake. Soup, water, malunggay supplement and malunggay tea. Massaging your breast.
