Hey mama, congrats sa baby! At 2 months, maraming first-time moms including a few of my close friends say they feel mild cramping or heaviness sa lower belly, kaya don't panic kung parang may slight tugging sensation, totally normal as your uterus grows. Some of us also felt more bloated and gassy than usual, which is why it's easy to confuse with period cramps, pero if you're worried or the pain is intense, mas better to check with your OB agad lang para sa peace of mind.
