Early contraction and cervical dilatation

Hi po mga mommies! Sino po nakaranas ng early contraction and slightly dilated ang cervix during their first trimester? I am 18 wks now. Since first tri meron akong ganon kahit binigyan ako ng mga meds. Last wk lang i was hospitalized because of contraction and spotting. Naka bedrest din ako since first trimester. Di parin nawawala contraction ko, although nag improve na yung opening ng cervix, medyo sumikip. Sino po dito may exp na ganito and naka full term? Current meds: nifedipine, duphaston, heragest

Same my. Napabed rest din ako kasi open cervix na ako and matagal pa due date ko. Delivered last july ng NSD :) bedrest ka lang myy and bawal stress at bawa rin mag do with husbie.
