Is this safe to use?

Hi po mga mommies. I just wanna ask if this is safe to use while pregnant? I'm on my first trimester and nandito na naman po sinusitis ko, kapag umaatake to eto ginagamit ko nun hindi pa ako buntis. Safe lang po ba to gamitin? Makaka apekto po ba ito kay baby? #pleasehelp #advicepls
