my 1st hand expressed milk

hi po mga mommies first tine ko mag hand express today. ask ko lang po if ilagay ko sya sa ref pero hindi sa freezer mga ilang oras or days sya pwede iconsume ni lo? thanks po sa mga sasagot.❤️?
