Mommy time/ Me time

Hi po mga mommies, it's been a while since last post. Not a first time mom, i have a newborn and a two year old been through ppd and still fighting til now, ask lang po how do you manage to still take care of yourselves while taking care of two babies? Do you still get a chance to do "me time"? It's been a struggle kasi sakin e.#pleasehelp #advicepls
