Hey po, normal lang yan sa ganitong edad, lalo na kung mixed feeding kayo, sometimes ang stool ay mas soft or may bits pa dahil sa combination ng breast milk at formula, kaya ang belly button area gets moist din. But if it smells off, may redness around it, or napansin mo siyang uncomfortable, I'd suggest checking with your pediatrician just to be sure walang infection, especially since basa siya regularly, better safe than sorry sa ganitong stage! Keep the area as dry as possible after diaper changes at during tummy time.
