hi po mga mamii . ask ko lang regarding sa pag file ng mat 2 . kapag po ba 6 momths old up need na PSA na po ang isumbit sa sss ? late registerd din kase ang baby ko . o pede po ba na kaht ctc nalang ang isubmit ? meron lo bang same situation ko . sana po may makasagot maraming salamat po

Hi mama! Meron akong kaibigan na late registered din ang baby niya at napilitan siyang mag-submit ng PSA birth certificate sa SSS para sa MAT 2 kasi lampas na sa 6 months, ang CTC lang ay hindi enough once the baby is past that period, so I think you'll need the PSA na talaga. I suggest mag-call ka directly sa nearest SSS branch or their maternity hotline to confirm the exact requirements for your baby's age kasi baka may different process na, pero from what alam ko sa friends ko, PSA ang required once you're beyond the 6-month window.
