From what I know, since you're currently employed and SSS ay nanotify na ng HR about your pregnancy, you should be covered under the Maternity Benefit program, pero honestly, this one's tricky kasi resignation in November but delivery in April, so you might need to check directly with SSS kung covered ka pa rin after you resign or if mag-file ka as Voluntary member before your resignation.
