Hello po, I'm on my first pregnancy and would like to ask if okay lang ba na mag-walking every morning ng 30mins. Nag-start po ako on my 25th week. Thank you in advance po sa mga sasagot ?

It's a yes for me😊. Kailangan po talaga sya para maiwasan ang pamamanas at constipation. I'm on my 32nd week at never pang namanas ang paa ko. 😉😉😉
