Normal Delivery or CS

Hello po. I'm 5 months preggy po with my boy and girl twins. Pwede po ba manganak thru vaginal delivery kahit breech yung leading baby at cephalic yung susunod? Or may chance pa na mag change position si leading baby po? Gusto ko po talaga mag normal delivery. Thanks. ? Ps. I just underwent surgery for ovarian cyst last July 5 po. Tinanggal po yung buong left ovary ko about 8cm in diameter.
