Ah mama, honestly 3 months might be a bit early pa if you're still breastfeeding, kasi ang chemicals ay pwedeng ma-absorb and pass through your milk! I'd suggest checking with your OB muna bago magpa-rebond, para sigurado lalo na if you're nursing, a few of us waited until around 6 months or until we stopped breastfeeding para peace of mind lang.
