Miscarriage remaining blood clots seen inside.

Hi po , i went through miscarriage last Saturday and it was really painful. Marami po lumabas na tissue sa'kin. They instructed me to go through TVS ultrasound. And yung result po is "Complete Miscarriage" but meron po konti daw na blood clots inside sa womb ko. Sabi po ng nag tvs sa'kin d na daw po kailangan mag pa raspa since ganon nalang po natira. But right now, im having painful cramps in my cervix area . Pero walang lumalabas ano po kaya dapat gawin? Any advice po ?

Nako, ang laking pasanin yan at napakagaling mo na makayanan 'yan, sis. Please call your doctor or go to emergency right away if the cramping gets worse or you start feeling feverish or very dizzy, that needs to be checked immediately. Since may blood clots pa rin daw inside at may painful cramps ka ngayon, kailangan mo talaga ng follow-up with your OB para ma-monitor kung normal lang ba 'yan or kailangan ng intervention pa. A few of my mum friends na dumaan dito said the cramping can be part ng healing, pero hindi kami doctors and yours specifically said complete miscarriage na, so sya lang ang makakaalam ng exact next steps para sa iyo.
