Update: SSS Maternity Benefits Adjustment

Hello po, I have good news mommies. ☺️ Pwede nyo pa ihabol ang maternity claim adjustment nyo (105 days) VOLUNTARY or EMPLOYED basta March 11, 2019 ka nanganak, pasok ka sa banga sa adjustment ☺️ Example: My delivery date: March 22, 2019 Maternity 2: April 14, 2019 Maternity Claimed/Settled: May 14, 2019 ( The day she submitted the Maternity 2, 105 days wasn’t yet implemented so the total maternity claim : 60 days only ) Went to SSS and asked if there is a chance na maadjust ang maternity claim ng mga nanganak March 11 2019 even tapos na nakuha yung benefits last May 14, 2019. And yes. Luckily, yes daw ? What are the requirements? 1. 2 valid id’s 2. 2 xerox copy of valid id’s (baliktaran po) 3. 2 written letter request of adjustment of maternity claim Eto po ang laman ng letter: 1. Letter requesting for adjustment 2. Delivery Date 3. Amount you claimed and how many days to be adjusted. Ihabol nyo po. Sayang din ang 45 days ??? #SharingIsCaring ❤️??

Hayy sa company nmin 16k palang binigay sakin, July EDD, kasi hindi pa daw nila naayos un sa new ruling, so pagsubmit ko pa ng MAT2 mkukuha yun balance na 40k. Buti nalang nkaipon kami sapat kahit ma-CS ako, kung inasahan ko mkukuha yung full amount ng SSS claim ko, nganga kami.

Hala,bat kaya iba requirements na binigay ng company namin para makuha yung adjustment...ang hiningi lng po ng company namin is yung MAT2 na form...momsh may idea po kaya kayo kng ilang weeks bago makukuha yung adjustment if okay yung requirements...

Mommy tinetine kelan po deadline ng paghuhulog ng April-June? Kung mag huhulog po b ko ng maximum contribution which is 2400php sa mga buwan na yan malaki po b makukuha ko maternity benefits? Nov. 11 po due date ko

Yes po mommy pwede po kayo pmunta sa SSS kung hndi kayo nbgyan ng 105days na pasok naman kayo don sa date.. Ako mommy swerte lang nanganak ng March 18, last week lng ako nkapagfile ng Mat2, 105 na daw yung akin.

Alam ko po ang counted lang ay yung jan to march nyo. Kasi ang april to june nyo po pasok na po sa tinatawag na semester of contingency if sept po kayo due.

Pano pag working ? Tapos yung hulog mo is nasa 1200 mag kano kaya makukuha ? Pero as of now naka leave na ko 😅 August due ko ii
