Spotting while pregnant

Hi po, i am 8 weeks pregnant. ask lang kong pwede possible reason kung nag spotting ako for two weeks could it be dahil po sa old blood po coming out? O pagbabawas lang? I am not experiencing cramps or anything aside from spotting. Like light brown to pinkish siya konti lang dn po. I already went to the doctor and they gave me pampakapit na rin at folic acid . Pero ganon pa din. Please i need encouragement and baka sakali may mga moms na naka experience nito pero ok lang ang kinalabasan.

Uy mama, first congrats sa pregnancy! Spotting in early pregnancy is actually more common than you'd think, a few of us din nag-experience, kaya you're not alone! Since you already saw your doctor and got the pampakapit, that's really good na, and the fact na walang cramps and konti lang ang spotting is encouraging honestly. One of my mum friends had similar light brown spotting around that time and it turned out to be implantation bleeding or old blood talaga, and her baby is perfectly healthy now. Keep monitoring kung may changes (like heavier bleeding or cramping), but for now, try to rest and stay positive, your doctor's monitoring you na, so that's the best assurance you can have.
