Hello po. Going 19 weeks,1st time to be pregnant and currently employed po. Ask ko lang po pde pa din po ba ako mag file ng maternity notification? Medyo clueless po kase ako. Thank you po.

Yes po. Let your lead and HR know. They will assist you. Employer mo po magpaprocess nyan, submit mo lang kanila requirements. MAT 1, Ultrasound and valid ID yung minimum requirements.
