Mas ok ho to start early, may low impact exercises good for every trimester, para kasi masanay katawan mo na nagwowork out, i started 4 mos palang ako, hoping it will help, im on my 36th wk na, medyo mabilis na mapagod kasi bumibigat ang tyan but since i started out early kaya naman

ay mommy clear mo muna with ur ob kasi may history ka pala, medyo hi risk ka. ask mo kelan ka pde maglakad lakad and for how many mins lang, bka magpre term labor ka pag d tama.
