Ay, congrats sa 37 weeks na! That's actually normal na, at this point maraming moms namin sa grupo ang nagsasabi na parang every hour may kontrasyon, lalo na kapag busy ka or stressed, kaya okay lang yan. But since you're experiencing it more frequently than your usual pattern, better to message your OB just to be safe, especially since it's your first baby at baka hindi mo ma-distinguish kung Braxton Hicks lang or something else na happening. Mas peace of mind ka lang knowing everything's going well, hindi ba?
