I don't have the exact current rates for PGH Private's maternity package kasi medyo mabilis mag-adjust ang presyo, but I'd suggest calling their OB department directly, they're usually helpful and may give you a detailed breakdown depending kung anong type ng delivery at room you want. A few of my mum friends who gave birth there said it's best to ask din kung may promo or package deals sila ngayon, and kung pwede mag-installment, para ma-budget niyo better!
