Medicine for Soar throat na pwede sa breastfeeding mother

Hello po.. breastfeeding mama po ako..last 4 days may fever and soar throat ako..biogesic lang iniinom ko..ngayon wala na fever pero may soar throat pa din..ano po gamot na pwede sakin? Antibiotics? Basta yung safe po sa breastfeeding mama.thank you. Help po
