SSS MATERNITY NOTIFICATION

Hi! After ma-accept ang SSS MAT online, kailangan mo na mag-submit ng original documents sa SSS office mismo, yung medical certificate from your OB, birth certificate ng baby, at marriage certificate if applicable, plus your SSS ID and valid ID. One of my mum friends said they processed hers in about 2 weeks after submission, pero depende sa branch mo kaya better to call ahead or check their website para sa exact timeline at requirements sa inyo.
