Maternity Leave - Miscarriage

Hi po, ask lang ako. I'm a government employee. Maka avail po kaya ako ng maternity leave. sa first ob ko - findings is threatened miscarriage. may embryo 6 weeks no. heartbeat, subchorionic hemorrhage sa 2nd ob - nagpacheck up ako after a week. wala na yung baby only the sac and then sabi sa akin di daw ako pwede mag maternity leave since wala naman daw bata na nakita. possible na maraspa rin po ako kapag hindi nalabas lahat nung dugo. paano po kaya gagawin ko? di ba talaga ako entitled for maternity leave? thank you.
