Eating too much sweets

Hello po ask ko lang po today jan 14, i ate 4 pcs of fudgee bar can't control po napansin ko na kang nakaapat ako 😞 can water help po to prevent diabetes po? Once na po ako nakakitaan sa test +1 sa sugar. Please help me po 27weeks pregnant thank you 💙
