Hello po, ask ko lang po since ive been experiencing dry cough and runny nose then makating lalamunan po, if that's normal on this stage of pregnancy , ano po gamot dito? Salamat po umiinom naman po ako ng tubig i mean i do water therapy po pero walang effect ayoko din uminom ng meds hehe

Try drinking lemon tea or calamansi juice. Pero careful lng na hindi masobrahan.
