Pero importante talaga na i-check mo ito regularly with your OB kasi dapat nila bantayan kung paano progression ng dilation mo, lalo na kung kailangan mo pa ng full 10 cm pa para sa actual labor. Some of my mum friends who experienced this said their doctors advised them kung dapat na mag-admit or mag-wait pa at home, so definitely have a good conversation with your doctor about what this means for your specific situation.
