Employed to Voluntary Philhealth contribution

Hey sis, honestly di ako sure sa exact process kasi employed pa rin ako, pero from what a few of us talked about, kailangan mo ng letter from your employer na sabihin na voluntary ka na or separated ka na, then bring that to PhilHealth with your valid ID and fill out the form para sa voluntary membership. Best to call your local PhilHealth office directly though kasi bilis lang ng turnaround once they have everything, at di mo na ma-delay ang raspa mo! Hoping maayos agad yan para sa iyo.
