Based on what I've heard from a few of my mum friends, most doctors say it's safer to wait closer to 6 weeks at minimum (that's usually when the bleeding stops), but 3 months is honestly a safer bet, especially kung heavy pa ang flow mo or may stitches ka pa. Best thing is to check with your OB first kasi different ang situation ng bawat mama, especially kung normal delivery or cesarean, at kung may complications ka during birth, they'll give you the clearest go-ahead!
