Ay alam ko yan feeling mo, marami sa amin na nangyari yan especially with mixed feeding! So actually kahit may slight unevenness ngayon, meron pang chance na bumalik to normal as your supply regulates over the next few months, kasi sa 3 months pa lang, nag-aajust pa ang body mo talaga. Nag-suggest sa akin one of my mum friends na mas i-prioritize natin i-latch ang baby sa less full boob first para ma-drain talaga siya, kaya reverse yung pattern mo next feed, para balanced na suction. Pero honestly if nag-persist pa rin after a few more months or nag-worry ka, better check with your OB or lactation consultant na, kasi they can see if may underlying thing causing it, sometimes it's just supply imbalance na ma-fix lang talaga with proper latching. Pero for now, keep alternating and don't stress, marami din sa amin dumaan dyan at nag-level na eventually! You're doing great mama.
