Ay alam ko yan, first-time mom anxiety! Honestly dapat tanungin mo directly ang OB mo kung ano exactly ang kailangan sa hospital ninyo kasi different ang requirements per facility, pero usually PhilHealth ID, valid ID (cedula/passport), and insurance cards if may private kayo ang standard; for the MDR, some hospitals require it even without marriage pero it's best to ask directly kasi iba-iba talaga, at some let you do it on the spot pa lang. A few of us mums just brought everything relevant we had just to be safe, hehe, walang nasama, better ma-prepared kaysa mag-rush on the day itself, lalo na first baby!
