I used one after my CS and it really helped with the soreness and made me feel more supported when walking around. Your OB-Gyn can also recommend which type works best for your situation, especially kung may complications or specific needs ka, so I'd suggest asking them too! Just make sure it's not too tight kaya it affects your breathing or the incision area, comfort is key sa recovery mo.
