Lactum user switch to Bearbrand fortified

Hi! Usually Bear Brand fortified comes with its own scoop, kaya check mo na lang the packaging or the tin itself, normally it's around 3-4 tablespoons ng powder per 200ml of water para sa toddlers, pero mas safe talaga na basahin mo ang instructions on the can dahil bawat brand may slight differences pa. I'd suggest maybe try consulting with your pedia din para sa exact amount based sa weight and needs ng anak mo, especially since gumagawa ka ng switch, some of my mum friends nag-transition gradually rin para hindi ma-upset ang tummy ng babies.
