Hello po. 1st time mom here. Ask ko lng po if ano mga suggestions niyo when it comes to foods na i-introduce to an 8th month old baby?

me I started to introduce solid to my baby nung 5mos.sya i gave her squash with malunggay,sweet potato,banana,pear at papaya...marami dn sya nkakain

mashed potato and carrots with rice po. sabaw ng tinola with malunggay and mashed sayote. basta no salt po lagi and sugar.

fruits and vege puree pa rin po.. pwede n rin po taho wala lng sago at konyi lng sugar
