Hi, I know you must be doing it all to make your child have nutritious food and all but as kids are, they will eat what they want and you can't and should not force them, else they start getting repulsive towards food. I think apart from following the diet chart, you should try and make food look interesting to our child so that he eats the potions that would make the difference in his weight. Also, cheese, meat soup, ghee, yogurt, fruits, soybean, nuts etc. Soak almonds everyday for him and give them as the first thing to him in the morning. Whatever you do just be consistent in it and the result would show. I am sharing a few links, hope they will help you. I wanted to add that whenever you give juice to your child, always give fresh juice taken out at home, never give them packed juices as they contain preservatives which are not good for kids. Infant, do not give any food item as far as possible that have preservatives in them. http://www.eatrightontario.ca/en/Articles/Childrens-Nutrition/Cooking-and-Meal-Planning/Sample-meal-plan-for-feeding-your-preschooler-(age.aspx http://www.livestrong.com/article/254681-healthy-diet-plan-for-kids-to-gain-weight/ http://blog.zisboombah.com/2012/04/14/skinny-kids-boost-meals-for-healthy-weight-gain/
