Ay, ang GERD with anxiety postpartum ay super common, a few of us mums experienced the same thing around that time, parang ang stress of adjusting to motherhood plus hormones talaga ang culprit. Definitely worth checking in with your doctor about it though, kasi they can rule out if it's pure reflux or if may iba pang factor, at especially important since you're still breastfeeding if that's the case. In the meantime, try eating smaller meals, avoid acidic foods muna, at get as much rest as you can, mas lumalala ang anxiety pag tired, so it's a cycle. One of my mum friends swears by breathing exercises and even just sitting down properly after meals, hindi lang tumitigil tapos umaalis agad. Sending strength to you, mama, it does get better!
