Any one here who is diagnosed with Incompetent Cervix? What do you do to get through the pregnancy?

Ay, this is a serious one talaga, I haven't personally dealt with this, but I'd really suggest talking to your OB right away kung hindi ka pa nagkonsulta, kasi ito needs proper medical management and monitoring, hindi lang something na pwede i-handle lang sa bahay lang. A few of my mum friends who had pregnancy complications always said na ang key is finding an OB na mapagkakatiwalaan mo fully at makikipag-communicate ng malinaw, kasi ang peace of mind talaga ay nakakatulong sa stress.
