Harini dah 38 minggu belum ada tanda apa² lagi hmmm tak sabar nak bersalin.. rasa berat sgt😩

Sabar ya mama, 38 minggu tu memang dalam zona final stretch, rasa heavy dan restless tu very normal, a few of my mum friends experienced the same thing and keluar seorang-seorang at different times (some earlier, some later), so really no way to predict exactly when! Try to rest as much as you can, do some light walking kalau rajin, and honestly the waiting game tu part of the whole experience even though it's exhausting
