Sayang, head circumference growth slows down after the first few months, so it's normal if hers hasn't changed much from 2 months to 3 months, tapi best you mention this to your paediatrician at the next check-up just to be sure everything's on track, since every baby grows differently and they'll have her growth chart to compare against.
