menstruation after giving birth

please share your thoughts mga mommy, one month after giving birth niregla na ko agad if I am not mistaken march meron na ko, march-oct back to normal yung mens ko katulad ng mens ko nung di pa ko nanganganak the usual malakas and masakit puson but then nung nov di ako dinatnan bago ako nagkaroon puro yellow mens lang as in so kinabahan na ko I took pt but it was negative, then  dec 13 nagkaroon ako pero biglang mahina na lang then now jan 12 nagkaroon ulit ako mahina ulit puro brown mens nung una but may red naman na nalabas nagtataka lang ako kasi di ako sanay na mahina ang regla exclusive breastfeeding ako, is there nothing to worry about? Im sure I am not pregnant, #advicepls #pleasehelp #advicemommies

Mommy, I totally get your worry kasi binago talaga ng breastfeeding ang cycle natin, a few of us sa circle namin experienced the same thing na light periods or irregular bleeding for months after giving birth, especially kung exclusive breastfeeding. Your body's still regulating hormones kaya normal lang na mag-fluctuate from heavy to light, or brown to red discharge, pero since you mention it's been consistently light na from November onwards and very different from your pre-pregnancy pattern, I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to be sure everything's okay, could be anything from hormonal shifts to something else na kailangan lang i-rule out, better safe than sorry talaga.
