Please share your pumping schedule with me. I'm power pumping + taking oats & almond milk + drink lots of fluids and direct latching. Still unable to pump enough for my lo :( Worrying for my supply :(

I'm using Avent electric double pump. Pumping every 3 hours; 3 mins massage mode, 4 mins suction 2 mode, 6 mins massage mode (aim for 2 letdowns). Pumping at night only so that my CL can bottle feed her, during the day I direct latch.
