Ingredients: 1/4 Kilo Pork Belly 4 Pcs Tofu 1 Large Red Onion (Minced) 2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced) 2 Green Chili's (Thinly sliced) 4 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 4 Tablespoon Vinegar Pinch of Pepper 1. Boil the Pork Belly 2. Deep fry the Belly 3. Slice the Belly into strips 4. Deep Fry the Tofu 5. Cut them into Cube 6. Combine them 7. Mix the rest of the ingretients 8. Enjoy!
Have you tried Sisig Tofu? It's the best! You basically have to cut tofu into cubes and then deep fry. Saute onion, garlic and diced green chili on a separate pan and then add in the fried tofu cubes. Add a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and sesame mayo. Serve in a sizzling pan and put crushed chicharon for toppings.
