A few of us mums went through this din, usually it's the receipt number, date, or signature na may issue, or basta ang formatting lang ng scanned copy na kita nila, so try requesting a fresh certified copy from PSA or contact their hotline directly para malaman mo exactly what's wrong with yours. One of my friends had to resubmit three times hanggang sa nag-inquire na siya sa PSA mismo para malaman kung ano talaga ang problema, at sabi nila was something super minor lang na hindi obvious sa receipt.
