Aww, I feel you mamsh, constipation sa babies is so stressful! A few of us tried increasing water intake (especially if she's eating more solids now) and adding more fruits like papaya or prunes to her diet, which really helped our kids. But honestly, since she's only 1 year old, better to check with her pedia first para sure kung ano talaga ang best approach para sa kanya, kasi bawat baby is different. Hugs, I know how worrying it is!
