HELP: my 2 month old baby has cough for 1 week now

Please, need your suggestions MOMS! Went to two different pediatricians already pero walang improvement masyado: 1st doctor: No sipon yet sa lungs, recommended: Ambroxol Antihistamine 2nd doctor: advised to go have her admitted dahil may konting sipon na sa lungs pero walang hospitals na available sa amin dito sa Pampanga. She recommended: Nebulizer meds (3x a day every 6 hours) Clarithromycin + Stopped both ambroxol & antihistamine Nonstop cough pa rin si baby. Sa 2nd doctor sinusunod namin for the past two days so yun ang finfollow namin. Currently sinusubukan din namin mag suction ng sipon, saline water, and steam water with konting vicks vapor rub sa kwarto.
